How It Works

We don’t do walk-in retail — every visit is by appointment so you get one-on-one time with a member of our team. Here’s what to expect:
Step 1
Book a Consultation
Call us, email, or fill out the form below. Tell us a little about what you’re furnishing — a room, a full home, a specific piece — and we’ll set up a time that works for you.
Step 2
Meet With Our Team
You’ll work directly with one of our trained staff — not a sales floor generalist. We’ll walk you through what’s available, pull samples, and help you narrow down selections across our 45 lines.
Step 3
We Handle the Rest
Once you’ve made your selections, we place the order, track production, coordinate delivery, and stay in contact from purchase order to front door. You deal with us — not a dozen factories.

Common Questions
What to expect as a private client.
Do I need a designer to come in?
No. Private clients are welcome on their own. Our team handles the sourcing, selection, and ordering with you directly — same process a designer would go through, just with you in the chair.
Can I just walk in?
We’re by appointment only. Walk-ins aren’t guaranteed — calling ahead or booking online ensures you have a staff member available and time to properly explore the showroom.
What if I already have a designer?
Perfect — we work with designers every day. Have them reach out directly and we’ll set up a trade account. You’re welcome to come in together.
How long does a consultation take?
Usually an hour to an hour and a half for a first visit, depending on scope. If you’re furnishing multiple rooms, plan for a bit more time — or we can split it across a couple of sessions.
